Make him a comfortable and warm place

 Prepare a comfortable bed with a small blanket (especially in winter) and several toys. Do not be discouraged if the kitten does not sleep where you cooked it. kittens are very difficult as to their place of life and the choice of a kitten can take a while.

The kitten needs many hours of sleep, such as small children, because, during sleep, growth hormones are secreted. It is important not to wake him up, even if you want to play with him or just hug him.
Prepare a box of sand for cats. The box should be deep enough to allow the cat to dig into the sand and prevent the sand from spreading out of the box. It is not necessary to replace sand daily, but it is important to clean it at least once a day and add clean sand.

If the kitten is eating quality foods with high digestion, the number of faeces will be small, firm, easy to evacuate and not very strong. The kitten will go less in the box "Needs" and you will save some cleaning work. Expenses for the purchase of sand will, therefore, be reduced accordingly.

Children and kittens

 The treatment of kittens can develop in children the sense of responsibility and giving, but remember:
the cat is not a toy nor a learning tool, it is a living creature, soft and gentle with needs and personality of its own.
Children do not always have the right attitude to treat a delicate kitten and may hurt him.
