In some of the real life, a man with a hearing-impaired from Maine has adopted a deaf puppy from Florida.
The proud new owner is now teaching dog sign language and visual commands as he looks forward to celebrating their "awesome" ties in the years ahead, not least because his dog's life began with a beginning.
In March, Nicholas Abbot learned through social media that a valuable black lab called Emerson was ready to be adopted by North Florida Animal Rescue in North Monmouth. The not-for-profit is working to save North West Florida dogs and cats, and facilitate the adoption of loving into Maine homes, according to their website.

Two months earlier, Emerson, in just eight weeks, had been infected with parvovirus by his dog, according to the Facebook page of the expensive rescue group. During their studies at the hospital for seizures and weight loss, veterinarians also learned that the dog had become deaf and perhaps also visually impaired, WABI reported.
Although representatives of North Florida Animal Rescue feared that the cute dog "will not do it" despite the worst virus, it has taken off. Find a home for special needs, however, the dog will be harder.
A few days later, Abbott went to meet the brave puppy and said it was love at first sight.
"He came directly to me at the door and immediately sat down at my feet and stayed there, so you can say that he sort of chose me," thought the proud man. "And I knew right then that we would meet and understand each other very well."
Emerson now resides in his new home and excels at learning Abbot's visual commands and sign language, such as sitting and sleeping.
As you move forward, the Maine man feels that he and his special puppy affectionately called "Em", will forever be the best friends in the world.
